Alternate Kadish Vault

The book for the alternate vault in kadish is not appearing for me. I have completed the main journey and there is nothing in the spot but boxes. Perhaps I have just forgotten to do something else (it's been a while since I ran through the game). Anyone have any suggestions?

I think you need to complete the path of the shell first, but I'm not too sure.

No, I'm pretty sure the alternate vault is part of the first journey, because isn't the last journey cloth in the alternate vault?

I just did this again the other day. IIRC, the alternate book does not show up until you have completed PotS. I checked during the original journey, and nothing was there. After she gave me her "You know his body no longer lies in the vault" speech, after finishing PotS, I went back and the book was there.

No, there are no journey cloth in the alternate vault.

You will only find the Yeesha butterflies page and a helmet.

If you already have the TPoTS solution (all the symbols for the Myst chimney, you can access the Myst library without finishing TPoTS. You only need to walk the spiral path inside the Great Tree.

Alternate Vault is part of the Path of the Shell journey. You have to complete PotS to get it.

True, unless you have played TPoTS many times before and alrady have the solution to the Myst library puzzle(s) in the chimney.

To get the link book to the alternate Kadish vault, you have to meet with Yeesha in the Uru K'veer version through a hidden book in the chimney of the Myst library.

The MOUL's version was quite different and you needed the pellet drop for the access to the MOUL's K'veer and the Myst book.

Was the alternate Kadish vault available right away in MOUL? Maybe that was what I was thinking of.
