Hello!
After a hiatus, Subterranean Restorations (SR) has been rebuilt from the ground up. We're getting ready to begin work on our new list of projects and the first thing we need is some good concept art. Our projects include D'ni, human, and offworlder architecture/devices as well as landscapes, though applicants don't need to be good in all areas.
If you are interested, reply in this thread and I will contact you about meeting you in-cavern.
Thanks

Re: Subterranean Restorations needs Concept Artists
Is professional experience required, or would freelance artwork be allowed? If the latter is possible, I'd be very interested in helping out.

Re: Subterranean Restorations needs Concept Artists
I have a load of ideas as to how the Cavern 'could' look, mainly from the few ubisoft concept drawings which have been floating around.
I am not a professional artist but I do mess with Blender a bit (trying to build my own Age). I would like the chance to throw my ideas in and perhaps be part of a larger project.

This mean the D'ni cavern?
I have plenty of sketches or ideas for that.. Wasn't sure what good they'd be since D'ni is Cyan's thing..

We have Cyan approval/tolerance/however you want to frame it. Send me some pieces of your work and I'll see if we have a place for you

Hello, My name is Domna (username Domna-Joy), and I was listening to a discussion regarding the guilds in Kirel on Saturday evening June 5th, and when GoW was talking, I told them I was a painter. They told me to contact GoW, because they needed skies etc painted. I have to mention that I am an old fashioned artist and not so computerbased (although I know some things about Corel), but basically I am what I said an painter. So if you think I can be helping with something, kindly reply.
Many regards to all writers, Domna

Hi Domna!
I'm personally recommend you start a new topic in this forum ("Artists").
We don't just need skies, there are many, many things that can be done with paintings. >.>
For example, there are skies, as before, there is Concept Art... there is also the possibility for paintings in Ages, if that interests you. =)
This is all up to you, of course. =)
If you know how to get the paintings into a digital form (scanning/photographing/etc), you're pretty much set. =)
