Hi:
Does the internal Plasma client have a flymode? Also is there a tool for configuring things in the vault? Thanks

I can't answer you second question, but the fly mode in the internal client can be activated by Ctrl+Shift+P. You move around normally, but Ctrl+U makes you go up and Ctrl+H makes you go down. CapsLk makes you go a LOT faster.

ctrl is unnecessary. shift+P is sufficient to make you start flying. same goes for using 'u' and 'h' to move up and down.
Yes, this means you can't start a chat with those characters if you're using an internal client. I suggest mapping a key to start chat in the settings - it will save you some headache if you get used to doing it that way.

Yes, but using Ctrl automatically bypasses that limit, doesn't it?Branan wrote:Yes, this means you can't start a chat with those characters if you're using an internal client.

Unless you've gone in and changed the code to have different key mappings for those functions, no. The game is simply ignoring your Ctrl press

You know what would be cool but it depends on how much time people have. A totoural or Wiki page on all the special features of the internal client.

I've just started exploring it, and it allows you to do quite a few... interesting things.
For example, typing in "`" opens up the console, with many available commands. If you take the time to read through the source code, the commands are all listed here. They use the format "Category.FunctionName".

Better yet, run the command "Console.CreateDocumentation consoledoc.html" and check your Uru directory

I know about that but I don't think that talks about flymode.
By the way what about my vault question? I want to update my "city" so that's in the same "state" as the MOUla on Myst Online.
