Can't get Gehn Shard to run

I downloaded the installer and installed it. When I click on the launcher nothing happens. I ran the repair and now the error message reads "Gehn shard is already running" but no screen comes up. I have MOULA already on my pc. Can someone please help me out.

If you open Task Manager, sometimes a rogue copy of the launcher may have failed to close. Look through the list of applications and close any Gehn launchers down, then try again. Good luck!
