Bug Report: Negilahn Bahro Wedge is Unobtainable

The Bahro wedge obtained from the Negilahn pod portal is not able to be interacted with.
The symbol that would normally move the bahro wedge still appears on the wall of the bahro cave, but it isn't able to be clicked on or interacted with from any angle.
This issue appears every time I visit the bahro cave from the Negilahn pod portal. I attempted this multiple times over multiple days to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
I tested this at multiple resolutions, and this problem isn't present for the Payiferen and Dereno bahro cave sections.

I just double-checked my Pod caves, and it looks like you can't interact with any wedge the game thinks you already have. I see that you've already checked Payiferen and Dereno, but have you double-checked Tetsonot as well?

I was just able to grab the tetsonot wedge successfully. I suspect I may have already gotten the negilahn wedge. Thanks and sorry for the false alarm!
