problem with arm flailing holes

There are holes where I flail my arms and then use my book
The worst is at the back of the Kadish Tolsa vault on the box stacks. Another is on the first basket in Eder Gira which is fixed by quitting and returning (had to do that twice)
A third is at the base of the rock in Eder Kemo where the realto page is.
Edit: Make that two holes in that box stack. The place is a mine field!!
