I am also waiting impatiently for the release of TurtleIsle to UAM to play it offline. I wrote on 01/06 at Dustin who told me that Dendwaler was just testing it right now and then he intends to release it. But the game has been updated on DI on 29.05 and I'm still waiting the update on UAM!

I also have the 64bit Win7and installed IE9 but I have had no problems at all with URU on any shards. I just had some problem with the new version of MOUL and have to give again URU the administrative rights to connect to. I don't know if that helps?

I like it very much too. And even if I'm not gone for a long time, I quite like the innovations on your shard which is really different.
