If you want to create a new animation, you need to have 3DS Max 7 with the Cyan plugin, download the Cyan Max Avatar WaveEmote 'biped' here, get rid of its current animation, create your own animation and export it. But I don't if anyone has tried that yet.
No, we currently don't have the tools to export avatar animations with Blender unfortunately.So it can't be done with Blender?
